The SKY ways
It is our goal at Sky Nail & spa Studio to provide our customers with the finest service and most relaxing, rejuvenating experience possible.
We have provided the information below for your comfort and benefit. • Sanitation In the interest of sanitation, health and safety practices, we provide personal nail kits (buffer/files/toes separation) to our customers for an additional $1.00 fee. All manicure and pedicure equipment are thoroughly sanitized in compliance with Maryland State Board of Cosmetology. • Health Issues We request that you inform us of any current injury or illness prior to any procedures or treatment(s). Our clients’ well-being is utmost importance to us. • Check-In Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are 5 to 10 minutes late for your appointment, we can try our best to fit you in. Otherwise just get to us safely and we’ll do our best to make sure you get your service. • Communicating and Refund While receiving any service please provide our technician with your feedback and or comments on their services so our technician can satisfy your requirements straight away. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy for the opportunity to make things right for you by returning for a ‘re-do’ within 3 days of your original services. • Children We love, love, love children, but for their safety, please keep children in the waiting area unless they are receiving service. Parents/ guardians are responsible to pay for children service and addition of children’ requests. • For Your Protection Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. We are not responsible for lost, damage or misplaced items. • We Care We At Profession Nail & Spa, we strive our best to provide high quality service and we treat you with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with suspect may be contagious, open wounds, rude, mean or disrespectful people |
